2013 Town and Country How to fix delay function on windshield wipers?

My delayed wipers (5 settings) are all working at the same speed and the wipers do not park. When turned off, they stop where they are at.

Tried replacing the multifunction column switch (per the dealership suggestion) but that didn't solve the problem.

Has anyone had this problem on a 2013 or newer model Town & Country? Any help would be appreciated.

Found this info. I know it is NOT your year model but info as to wiper control, not actual cause of problem as described in link, MAY be of interest to you.

Found this info. I know it is NOT your year model but info as to wiper control, not actual cause of problem as described in link, MAY be of interest to you.
