Sorry Andrew, but we do not perform paid repair services.
For future reference, you should immediately turn off any electronics which have liquid damage, and not turn them on again or operate them until they are completely dry, as doing so risks further damaging or destroying the device, as well as electrocution if it was a larger device with exposed connections.
The first thing you should do is open up your iPhone using this guide. Once you're at a step where you can see the logic board, you should use some strong isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and a soft brush to remove any white-ish residue you see. Let the device dry <thoroughly> to make sure all liquid is gone (this will likely take a day or two in a warm, dry place if the device is opened up. Putting the iPod in a bag of rice can also be useful at this point.) When it is dry, put it back together, and you will have your best chance of it working.
Warning: I do not recommend using a hair dryer, as this risks overheating your device, and melting or damaging some components. It's safer to let your device air dry after removing all visible water with a soft cloth.

First, try to drying them completely for about a few hours.
Take a little bit hot wind into the Dock & SIM card port.
I used a hairdryer then.
If you have any problem after that (like no charging or no sounds), try to open your iPhone and check all the connectors.
Some of them may be rusted I think.
If you find such things, remove or polish them out.

Rice trick works as well. take the thing apart, place it in the bag of uncooked rice, seal it. wait a few days, try to turn on...
