I tore down an Apple iphone 5c and then put it back together. It worked fine before I tore it down I was tearing it down for practice. I have it back together and it will not power on. When I plug the charger in it just keeps making a pinging sound over and over again.

Have the charger plug in Try holding the power and home button for 10 seconds than let go of the home button and keep holding the power button you should see an apple logo. Then unplug the charger and hold the power and home button again until you see the apple logo then let go.
