iPad Air ran over by car, best way to replace screen?

Hi, I came across and iPad Air that appears to have been run over. It had a case on it but the digitizer and LCD are trashed. Logic board still seams to be intact cause the alarm clock on it woke me the next morning. Tried finding the owner for it but no luck. I'm wanting to fix it up for use again but I'm not sure what the best way is to remove all the glass and adhesive. Also I've been trying to find another iPad Air that has a logic board problem so I can just do a board swap seeing that most of the other components are damaged or missing. Any help would be appreciated.

Answer this question I have this problem too

I connected it up to my computer and it would only let me do a restore on it. Haven't done it yet though
