Released in late 2012, this 9.7 " tablet is the larger version of the Jazz UltraTab C954. A 1.2 GHz dual-core Cortex processor and 1.0GB of DDR3 memory allow this tablet to run Android 4.2 from the 8.0 GB of internal storage. The screen has a 4:3 aspect ratio, with a resolution of 1024x768. Battery life is average for a tablet of this size, with a 6000mAh battery.

Hi Tim!

This could be caused by either a loose display connector or a faulty display module. If you follow the Screen Repair Guide through to the fourth step, you will be able to re-seat the screen connectors by carefully unplugging them and plugging them back in, making sure that both ribbon cables are fully inserted into their connectors, then reassemble the device.

If this doesn't fix the device, you probably have a faulty display. The same guide linked above will show you how to remove the display module entirely, so that you can replace it with a new one.
