turn on my head lights no running lights, brake lights or turn

I am having a similar issue with my 1988 c3500, when i turn on my head lights I have no running lights, brake lights or turn signals in the rear. Also my radio and my a/c turn off. I did some trouble shooting and took the fuse out of the park-LPS slot and with it removed and head lights on I get the radio a/c brake lights and turn signals on but still no running lights. Any ideas??
