(guess the LB was shorted) is it possible to fix this ?

thinker1984 this answer is strictly to identify the component, not to diagnose your board or why the component may have failed. You are looking at Q9425 which is a SI8409DB P-Channel 30 V MOSFET You can read more about that one on here

Wow, thank u very much. Sorry that i didn´t ask in the first, BUT is this the same component ? If not would u be so kind and tell me the specification? BTW why there is glue on it?
