When I touch my samsung tab 4 10.1 buttons at the bottom of the tab it doesn't work. Also when I type or go on a app it doesn't work, oh and when I try to shut the tab off it doesn't let me.
Please help me!!!!

Hi,
If your tab is still on and you can't turn it off try a force shutdown.
To do this:
Plug the charger into your galaxy tab.
Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, and wait to reboot.
After that, the screen will change and show a charging battery.
Unplug the charger from your tab, and it will be shutdown.
To restore functionality to your tab you will have to perform a hard reset. This will restore your tab to factory default and you will lose all downloaded apps and user data.
