2 My battery will not hold charge
What should I do if my battery is not holding charge like it should or it is not charging at all?

Drain the battery all the way and then plug in the device so that it can charge all the way without using the device during this process. Also try cleaning the plug insert with a cloth or pick to remove any debris or dust that might be blocking the charge. If the device still runs out of battery quicker than usual or does not charge at all the battery most likely needs replaced.
