My flash indicator isnt working

My polaroid's flash indicator was working when i first got this

Green light turned on when i pulled up the flash It's almost 3 days i have dad's polaroid but now the flash indicator doesnt turn greeeeennn what can the problem be? How can it losee green light in 3 days? Plsss helppp
