Why there are no changes after several attempt for factory reset?

I have a Alcatel One Touch Idol 6030X. There's always a "Unfortunately process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and similar pops up in my phone. And I tried every possible fix there is and they just won't work. Tried resetting (facory reset) my phone as well, and nothing happened. Can somebody help? Thank you.
