aspire e1 does not start up ... how can I fix it?

Please help!

I have Acer Aspire E1 recently stopped even starting up after downloaded windows 10...

Few days after I downloaded W 10,it started having low brightness screen then now

It doesn't even start.....

Ive tried different things so many time( taking out the AC plug, the battery, pressed 58 secs, 1 min, 2min....)

(Took RAM out put one at a time, swapped over etc)

No luck so far.

Its been days now Im so disparate for help...

The fun doesnt even make sound. All I can see is the tiny blue lights on.

Really appriciated if anyone can give me the idea.
