Why won't my device charge?

If you're device is not charging after trying to charge it on multiple functional outlets, it is possible you have a bad battery, or it may be that a wire is lose inside your device. Open your device carefully and look on the circuit board for the word BAT in small print, with a negative and positive wire connected to it. If the wires are connected to the circuit board, check the charging port (where you would connect the charger to the tablet) which should be on the edge of the circuit board and see if there is anything lose or missing. If everything looks fine it is likely you will have to replace the battery of your device.
