My whole screen is spider webbed can it be fixed?

I dropped my son's tablet on the floor and the screen shattered but the tablet still works can the screen be replaced and how much ?

The front screen is a tricky replacement. You need a blow dryer and have several tools to open up and peel the front screen off because it is held my a glue like material. I am posting several guides but this will not be one of them. I will tackle this task very shortly and will have a guide up as soon as possible.
