Can't plug in charger because superglue is in the way

I have Sony Xperia, but the question is not device specific. So, this morning I tried to superglue the side part of the case cuz it fell of yesterday. Turns out I can't plug in the charger any more... although I can't see it, some superglue is getting in the way obviously. I was wondering if pouring some acetone into the micro usb port could help or it will damage my phone?

denis you can try since at this point you do not have anything to lose. The acetone will not damage the connector, just clean the leftover mess with high grade isopropyl alcohol. If that does not work, you will have to open your phone and replace the port.

Maybe try to but some nail polish/acetone in ur port to get it out
