Why is it soo slow...?

Hi!

I really know zero about tech stuff but I am good at following instructions.. My mac is in really good condition and I don't use it heavily so I don't know why it runs slower than a snail for EVERYTHING I click on. I got it brand new btw like 4 or 5 years ago.

PLEASEEE Help!!!!

There's not enough information here to give you an answer. Please give us the last four figures of your serial number so we know your machine. How much RAM you have, what operating system you have installed and how large is your hard drive and how much free hard drive space you have. Are you getting beach ball action?
