Can the information or memory of a spoiled iPhone 5 be retrieved

My iPhone 5 just went off all of a sudden.

Took it to a repairer but still isn't coming on he says the board is spoiled and cant work again.

I have a lot of information on this phone is there anyway I could retrieve my information back like pictures and whatsapp messages??

Can a part of it containing these information be taken out and put into another ??

Sadly no, You may have some of your info saved within your iCloud account.

The problem here is the flash is encrypted and the chip is soldered onto the logic board and not removable.

If you have icloud backup enabled, you can just restore the backup on a new phone. All data on your stock apps can be restored, for 3rd party apps, data is also backed up in most cases.

If Icloud wasn't turned on. You'll have to repair the board to bring your data back. The CPU and flash memory must not be changed as they are paired and use device-specific keys to encrypt the content. If the flash memory is dead, of course you don't get your data back. But if the CPU is dead, even if the flash memory is working, you cannot decrypt the files dumped from the chip.
