Alcatel One Touch pop c 5 wont open even after hard reset

how am i supposed to open my alcatel one touch? whenever i try to turn it on,it would just show the white backgound wih alcatel one touch and smart*****.. thats just it.. it won continue to turn on until the battery would drain. please help me
