Why does none of my apps work on my phone anymore?
Here the story. I forgot to pay my phone bill one month and had to pay it late. Three days later I pay my phone bill and I thought everything was fine but then I realized that I couldn't send or receive texts and my google account stop working. I wasn't receiving anything but phone calls. I call my phone provider (boost) and they were no help. They gave me solutions to my problem but they didn't work and they didn't seem to care. They just kept giving me the same old answer. Point of the story: Should I get a new phone? New phone provider? or both??

Phone bill (Connection status ) is one thing, installed apps quit another thing, there is no detect combination with both (except communication/ update), i guess someone miss guided you or miscommunication. it doesn't matter, we are here to help you, can we know the phone model of kyocera ?
