How to replace cooler or add a new one to the notebook?

My HP pavilion dv7-1023cl (17'' notebook) is overheating (by overheating I mean 100 °C or 212 °F).

Probably the cooler have some dirt, but I think that the main reason is that the cooler is on the bottom of the laptop.

If I put the laptop on the corner of a table and the cooler(fan) that is on the bottom have nothing under it it works great.

I tried to open it I follow some videos on YouTube, but none was exactly the same model as mine and it have different scrubs.

By the way, no idea how to remove the keyboard neither (in videos of similar models you have to remove it to take out the cooler)

Really sorry for my English, I know that probably is confusing, if somebody can translate my English to real English it would be really good.
