I cant Have any vibration After change The Motor Vibrator

bold text I use the Guide for change my motor vibrator, i instaled the brand new but a dont have vibration. I desintaled other motor vibrator of iphne 3g for i change and any of the 2 iphone dont have vibration! Im i doing Something Wrong? What Should i Do?

this part is really tricky, make sure that the 2 little metal tabs on the main body of the vibrator are tucked into the 2 small slots on iphone frame. can't find any close up pics sorry.

I Allready Solucionate the problem! i Think That my error was, i put the piece in a incorrect position. I press the piece and it works.
