No sleep and camera after spilling

Few weeks ago i spilled hot tea on my macbook pro, i taked out the whole macbook apart and washed in warm water & alcohol the keyboard and backlit...

after that assembled everything together, and the keyboard was bad i was pressing one button another one was responding, the trackpad had only a right click and the power button didn't worked to...

i buyed a new keyboard and a trackpad, assembled them and everything was ok till i closed my macbook...

the macbook didn't fall asleep after closing the lid, but it's sleeping when i press the power button or a manual sleep from the menu...

i received a facetime call today and when i answered it was no camera, and checked into photobooth it says no camera connected...i tried reconecting the camera cable but still the same...

i would appreciate the help for solving this, thanks :)

ps. i changed the hdd/ir sensor cable

It seems that the sensor detecting the lid closing and the motherboard connector for the facetime camera have been damaged. Have you seen any corrosion damage around these parts of the motherboard?

On a side note I would recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and no water to clean the internal components of any computer as corrosion can travel within the soldering and might be damaged without any visible clue and using water could aggrevate the problem.

I havent deteced any corrosion on the board, i tooked some pics if you could see

And what other sensor it could be for the sleep ?
