Customer said that the phone began to glitch then suddenly the cameras stopped working. I wish I had more information. From what I know the front and back camera are not related as far as their cables, so I'm beginning to think that this is a motherboard problem, but I really hope I'm wrong. Can someone please let me know the easiest fix for this? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Try closing the camera apps by clicking the home button twice and swiping up and then go to settings and reset all settings and see if it fixes the issue. If not i will start by checking for any water damage near the cameras on the board if you don't see anything remove the front camera and test to see if you see any image for the back camera if so the front cam is defective.
