Droped iPhone now it wont turn on?

Hey guys

Decided to go MTBing today and after a really good 20KM ride I Packed everything into my car and drove off only to discover that I had left my iphone on my roof when I could not find it.

I raced back to my MTB spot and some awesome person found it and had handed it in but Unfortunately the phone will not turn on.

The phone was in a cover and the screen and the back of the phone look perfect(not a single scratch)and from what I can see the screen has not been cracked.

I have plugged it into my PC and nothing has happened,I have also plugged it into the power and still nothing. Do you have any suggestion to trying to get the phone on and what do you think could be the problem?

I am not covered by apple because I dropped the phone and it is jail-broken so that is a problem obviously,or is isnt it>

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

try leaving on charge for 10 minutes..battery may be ultra dead. if it's fallen and not recognised by itunes, even though there isn't any obvious damage i'd be suspicious it's the dock connector. it controls charge to battery and info to pc,

look in the port for debris etc...clean it out with air/isopropyl alcohol then try again with pc. if still no luck then follow the ifixit guide

connector 4 is for the dock and may have been knocked loose. check out your battery is still connected. try the pc again

if still no joy then i'd go ahead and get a new dock connector.
