New screen assembly, home button doesnt work, soft keys switched?

part came from a trusted wholesaler with frame. easy board switch repair. after the recent apps functions as back and vice versa. home button does not work at all. restart didn't help, scrub/clean out didn't help, and all cables/contacts appear normal/undamaged. very weird. help?
