Problem with network doesn't show

have got an issue with my iphone 3GS on the network side it dooesn't show me any bar but only an inscription iphone could you please help on the issue .

I buy one used iPhone 3G and my WIFI and BT is Gray, i restore W ITunes but no luck.

Can any one help, is HARD or Soft problem?
