How Dry Out Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen)?

Hi,

Have a wet Moto E (2nd Gen) cell phone that would like to dry out.

1st am new to drying out cell phones but would like to learn!

Been told if the cell phone gets wet you should disconnect battery as soon as possible.

Looked at the Moto E (2nd Gen) but could not figure out how to remove the back so did some searching and found "Cracking Open - Motorola Moto E 4G LTE" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QTQGzJH... It looks difficult plus I do not have tools to remove the display.

Appreciate suggestions how to dry out a cell phone that can not remove the back and do not want to do a complete tear down.

Thanks

Ken

Submerge in rice or those silica packets that are used in packing.

All this should have been done immediately.

Still never a 100% fix. Good luck!
