It does not start with a back cover

The notebook does not work - i`m started to shooting back metal cover and it`s start. If you put the cower back on again - it does not start. It's definitely not dependent on the screws of the rear cover. Tried to paste over the metal cover with the insulator - no result

What are the proposals.

Problem solved.

This is not the dielectric properties of the metal cover, and simple lack of keyboard lock loop. When the cover presses - flex cable moves and the power button is not working. When the cover is removed flex cable touch better - ratotala power button and keyboard.
