How to replacd Pram battery?

Ever time I power on my PB it tells me that the date is set before March 2001 and that in need to change it because it might effect some programs and every time i have to go in to preferences and reset my time and date from march 1969 to the current date, anywho does anyone know what might cause this and how to fix it?

Its very difficult to advise you without knowing exactly which model you have. I am including a link to help you identify your computer. When you know which one click on it and look for the guide to replace the PRAM battery. If you don't find such a guide you may need to replace your main battery. Good luck. Ralph
