Why is my battery losing its charge so fast?
My speaker's charge is only lasting a few hours, even after a full charge.

If your UE Boom speaker does not charge, see the UE Boom Won’t Charge or Loses Battery Quickly problem page for possible causes and solutions.
1. Your charging cable may have worn out wires and needs replacement.
2. Your charging port in the UE Boom may need to be cleaned out from dirt and debris.
3. Your lithium battery may need replacement.
- Try the first two options first, replacing the battery requires you to void your warranty and take apart your device.
