So what have you checked? The battery? Post plenty of images of the wiring etc with your question since this is a bit of an offbrand

Ed HARTMANN, replacement batteries are available for a bit over $100USD. The battery is nothing more than two 12V11Ah batteries in series. If you wanted to, you could create the same type of battery with something like this All you would need is to connect to original battery connector. Once you have something that provides power, you can further troubleshoot. If you do not want to spend that money right now, use a couple of car batteries or similar, connect those in series to troubleshoot your ride.

Chances are your batery is junk. If its been left outside for say a few months to a year, its likely rust. If its been stored in a garage for a few months to a year its likely rust and or corosion. These devices realy should be stored in a dry location free from moisture I.E. a spare bed roon. A basement may be ok however it still cn rust and or corode, so if its basement storage as is some choices i segest a dehumidifire. As for this device, try try the batery an if its no go than get a new one. The parts and baterys are so expensive, its cheeper to buy new. Hope this helps.
