I had this device. If i may say, its shxt. The fix a hard master clear / reset. Power off. Hold volume - and power on at the same time. Conferm prompts and let it be. Note; this wont be the last hang up with it. Get an HTC Desire 526 you will fall in love with it, i did.

All jokes aside, You can throw it away at your first possible chance (when you have another phone of course!) there really not a good phone unless you buy there hi end devices and even then I would trust em.
