iPhone Logic board need help ASAP

Hi there...

is it possible to remove an icloud lock from an icloud locked logic board if I take some good parts from my phone's logic board (they are both 5s) and put them into the new logic board and if so what parts do I need to move?

please answer me I need help ASAP
