Truck turns over and shuts right back off

Truck turns over and shuts right back off. I have changed fuel injectors plugs and wires oil and oil filter changing the mass flow air sensor tommorow really could use some insight

You likely have a bad sensor or one that the plug is loose on. It's probably the MAF sensor or plug from your description .

Next thing to check is to see if it is getting fuel when you have this problem. Maybe a weak fuel pump.
