Can not get MacBook Pro to reload time machine fully from backup
Replaced corrupted hard drive (with ssd) & ram on early 09 MacBook Pro 17" unibody. Now I can't get a full reload from time machine

Did you replace the HD/IR cable that may have caused the corruption?
Try first going back in Time you a backup that's not corrupted. That failing use Migration Assistance to move the parts a little at a time. If the hard drive data was corrupt, the back up will be corrupt.
