Digitizer Not Responding After Replacement

Okay so I replaced the digitizer on a customer's iPad mini, something I have done multiple times. The home button worked but the touch functions did not. I thought it was a defective digitizer at first so I had two new ones sent to me. Both of them do the same thing. I have done multiple hard resets and reseated the cable numerous times. The jack for the digitizer flex does not look damaged. What could be the problem?

Thanks!

If it was working before, and now you've ruled out the parts. Gonna guess you've damaged something in there. I just had an issue with an i6, didn't seem like it, but I must have broken the camera flex, somehow, during a repair I've done so many times

iPad Mini FPC Connector is a commonly damaged connector during repair. Google image it and and compare to your board to see if pins are broken.
