Can these parts be fixed? Connectors on LCD/Digitizer flex cables.

Cleaning the connectors at the end of the flex cables for the LCD and Digitizer may have damaged some of the points. Can these be repaired?

Augie, sorry but you cannot repair those. Sounds like you will have to replace the front panel assembly. Here is the guide for it
