Why can't I hear my LeapPad Ultra?
When I turn on the LeapPad Ultra and also when I open apps it doesn't make any noise, why is this happening?

One possibility is that the volume could be muted, so try turning the volume up. It could also be the result of a damaged speaker (water damage, dropping the device, etc.) If this is the case you'll want to look into the Speaker Replacement Guide.
