Replacing glass on 27" late 2012 iMac

The directions seem fairly straight forward to separate the screen from the whatever it's attached to. What replacement screen do I need to buy? I've seen replacement screens for $110 on Amazon. Are these just for the models prior to 2012? Their instructions seem a lot easier than for the late 2012.
