Something fell of my motherboard HELP :(

I replaced te battery of my MacBook Pro and once i finished i realised a small silver thing shaped like a cone fell off... Can i turn on my mbp ? Does anyone know what is the name of this piece.. Its reeeeeally small and pointy

is it threaded on the inside if it is it could be an anchor for a screw

No it is not.. It has a smooth base as if it was soldered and then popped out

have you examined the mother board to see if anything is off, possibly around you antenna or wifi connectors.

Cami duran, that is a "EMI pogo pin" Losing one will not interfere with the function of your board. Here is what they look like on the board
