No Service or quite weak single

I just replaced my iPhone 5 Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack because my lighting connector was broken, but I have a very weak single (only one point), or most of times, it shows "No Service", But it has a strong wi-fi single, I can access internet. Is it an issue with antenna? In addition, I found my battery lost power quite fast after I replaced the part, it only has 70% power remaining for one night. Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Options

Yeah, you're losing battery, because your phone is constantly trying to find signal. Most likely the part that's the issue. Could possibly be with a lack of connection
