Motherboard damaged: Need help identifying components. Pics.

Hi Guys.

My MacBook Air 13" Mid 2013 A1466 is having an issue with the back light.

The display is very dim. Everything else works fine including driving an external display.

On closer inspection the fuse seems to be the problem.

I have access to a soldering iron.

Could some kind soul help me identify these parts.

Thx in advance.

Mike, this is just to identify your components not to diagnose your backlight issues. You will have to clean the boar properly, remove the EMI shields and the display cable and check for any shortcircuits. Right now you realize of course that you have at least two damaged components.

Reference designator C7797 is a 10UF 50V 10 % capacitor in a 1210 package

Reference designator D7701 is a RB160M-60G Diode in a SOD-123 package. Both components are part of your backlight boost circuit
