Camera Won't turn on

Hi,

Do you have the "in camera" battery charging system" or do you use an external battery charger ?

If you have the "in camera" system is the charging light blinking or steady when you connect the charging cable and switch the power adapter ON? Camera should work with charging cable connected and power switched ON.

If charging light is blinking, allow time for battery to fully charge- light should become steady when fully charged.

If camera works with charger cable but not when charging light steady and then power adapter switched OFF chances are your battery is not holding charge and needs to be replaced.

If no lights at all have you got the correct cable connected to the power adapter?

If you have the external charger have you charged the battery? If so and it doesn't work do you have a fully charged spare battery to try?

There is also some interesting info in the following link. I know it is not for your particular model but it gives a lot of "fixes" for different Kodak models that had the same problem as yours.
