Hi, does anyone know how to replace the fl7500 filter on the ipad mini? And if so, where can the component be bought? I have the same problem with the "not charging" message. I think i might have flicked it off in a hopeful DIY replacement of the charging port...

FL7500 is a 240 Ohm 0.2A 0.8 Ohm filter in a 0201 package. It is soldered on and needs to be soldered to be replaced. The 0201 package is 0.6 mm × 0.3 mm so you better have a good microscope and great soldering skills to replace it. They are available at places like this
