virgin box connected into xbox one

virgin tivo box connected to x box one works great for a while then screen goes green completely no picture no sound. connections are HDMI.

I'd try new HDMI cables, inspecting all of the HDMI ports for damage and maybe even give the ports a good cleaning with rubbing alcohol and a small paintbrush.
