What kind of damage is on the LCD, and is it repairable?

I have a problem with my iPhone 5. I opened it up to fix the lightning port, and when I turned it back on, it seems to have pressure marks or some other sort of damage. I googled and am not sure what kind of damage it is or how I can fix it. I tried massaging it already, is it repairable? I don't remember being hard on that area.

It was dust, because after I used it, the 'damage went close to the edge.

I have no idea how it got in there, but for everyone else who's looking at that, try banging it on your hand or something.

Yeah, damage to the lcd. Just about any amount of pressure on the back of the lcd, can hurt it. You could just ignore it, or you could swap out the part
