Exchange of logic board?
I own two iphone 5c's...one has a bad logic board...curious if the exchange of logic boards between the two phones will change their current serial numbers ?

The IMEI/serial will be different.
If you wanted you can order a new housing with your IMEI printed on the back

Thank you :). Totally forgot that the IMEI is on the back of the casing. Guessing that might cause problems in Apple/AT&T land. Thank you again guys!!

Yes, your IMEI will be changed if You will change an housing, all will be correct then. IMEI in phone, and IMEI on bac housing. Anyway if You will replace an logic board it's only a few steps to disassembly all your parts in hosuing and replace it.
