Installing Mac hdd in PC

My MacBook Pro is dead.

I want to remove the OS X hdd and install it in my PC as master.

Will OS X run on my PC or some procedure involved?

Siddharth Panchal, Apple systems check for a specific chip (the system management controller (SMC)) and will not run or install without it. This is what your PC won't have. Of course you will also having to have other compatible hardware. There are ways to work around it, check sites like this that have years of experience with that. So no, you cannot install a hardrive with OS X on any old PC and expect it to work like it does on a Mac.
