4 Why won't my device fold?
The device is very difficult to fold. It requires two hands pulling very hard to fold it or unfold it.

If your device won't fold, the switches on the handlebars may be malfunctioning. The switch on the top of the cup-holder should slide to the left. Simultaneously, the switch on the bottom of the cup-holder should be pushed up in order to unlock the device and fold it. To replace the cup-holder completely, follow this repair guide.
