Why do I have parallel lines throughout the print?

My printer recently started printing with fine parallel lines throughout the print.

I changed Ink cartridges as I thought it might be a bad cartridge, but the lines did not go away

Hi,

Have you tried "Cleaning the Protrusions Inside the Printer" or "Cleaning the Interior of the Printer (Bottom Plate Cleaning)" as described in the user manual
